Wonderful

I have no idea how anyone can give this less than a 5. It is an amazing vehicle and the 450 is incredible. Had zero issues with this vehicle and with the AMG appearance package and night package it is beautiful and the best looking SUV on the road. So solid and like a rocket. Computer screen is the best and interior lighting very fun. - 2.0
Awful Quality for the Price

I have had the GLE450 for 7 months now and here are the list of issues that we have had: 1. Bluebooth does not always work 2. Keyless entry does not work 3. Center console glove box does not open 4. Passenger side seatbelt no longer adjusts 5. And then the driver side front tire fender just fell off...the double sided tape that holds it on no longer worked We bought the car because it is beautiful and rides nice, but the actual quality of the vehicle is simply AWFUL! Not what you would expect from a Mercedes at all. - 2.0
MBUX system and service terrible.

MBUX is terrible. Couldn't recognize simple voice commands. Dealer had no solutions, finally replaced system after my year long complaints. Followed up with Mercedes corporate, manager said he wanted to compensate me for the trouble and would "follow up next Tuesday." never did. Second and last Mercedes.
